About the role
The role is a foundational one where you will design evaluation frameworks and sourcing strategies from scratch, directly influencing the talent density and culture of a category-defining company.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, and applied AI/ML roles.
- Design and implement end-to-end interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and candidate experience standards.
- Partner strategically with engineering leadership to drive sourcing strategies and critical hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced startup or high-growth company.
- Deep technical literacy with the ability to credibly engage engineers on backend, infrastructure, and ML topics.
- Proven ability to creatively source top-tier talent and improve organizational hiring standards beyond just filling seats.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering leaders.
- Experience with ATS systems and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
