About the role

Join a high-performance team building the AI layer for the legal industry. You will own features end-to-end, from custom RAG pipelines to React-based interfaces. Working directly with founders from top tech companies, you will ship code daily and visit customers to shape a product that is already seeing massive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features using Go, React, TypeScript, and AWS serverless infrastructure.
• Build and optimize custom RAG pipelines and AI-driven workflows that automate complex billable time capture.
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify pain points, prioritize product requirements, and execute technical solutions autonomously.

Requirements

• Holds a CS degree from a top-tier program and has 2-5 years of experience at a high-growth startup.
• Demonstrates strong product sense and the ability to own the entire development lifecycle without needing hand-offs.
• Possesses an interest in AI/ML systems and thrives in a fast-paced, in-person collaborative environment in New York City.
