Key job responsibilities
- Drive the technical program lifecycle for systems responsible for building comprehensive world models, mission planning engines, and dynamic airspace environments.
- Ensure our drones navigate a rich, real-time representation of the physical and regulatory world.
- Own the program strategy for scaling systems as we expand operations to numerous new sites globally.
- Ensure our software architectures, data pipelines, and deployment frameworks can seamlessly handle a massive multi-site footprint without compromising reliability or safety.
- Look around corners to define, influence, and execute 3-to-5-year technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Applied Science, Software Engineering, and Hardware teams to align cross-functional technical dependencies and pioneer next-generation autonomous capabilities.
- Partner with top-notch developers, systems engineers, safety, and security teams to translate complex technical challenges into execution-ready milestones.
- Synthesize ambiguous inputs into crisp technical requirements and drive execution with high ownership.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
