About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for conceptualizing, rationalizing, and driving multiple, simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in a Scrum execution model. This role involves driving the execution of a feature through the full stack or a project spanning multiple teams and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Experience driving large scale migrations
  • Experience developing/launching products/technologies
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
  • Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a cloud platform at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team
  • Experience in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Rally, etc.)
  • Flexible work style with the ability to quickly pivot to new priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationships, collaborative, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with and influencing teams while commanding the respect of the individuals on the team

Requirements

  • Expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model
  • Manage 1 or 2 scrum teams end to product pipeline and deliveries in Agile environment
  • Elicits and decomposes business requirements into platform requirements and user stories
  • Owns the working backwards document and vision for one or more features
  • Contributes on the platform product portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories
  • Work closely with the engineering teams to roll out the platform capabilities that our internal and external customers desire
  • Owns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams
  • Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product and to inform the backlog
  • Actively addresses and removes impediments, risks, and dependencies so that the team can remain focused on achieving the goals of the iterations
  • Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level adjusting throughout implementation as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong Experience with using JIRA, domo, AI tools
