About the role
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager within the Marketing Technology team at Match Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of marketing technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving successful project outcomes.Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing technology projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines.
- Ensure that all marketing technology projects are aligned with business objectives and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that third-party technology providers meet the necessary standards and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for marketing technology projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical program management role, preferably in a marketing technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies and their integration with business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
