About the role

Amazon Leo is launching a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We are looking for a Sr Technical Program Manager to join Amazon Leo's Antenna Fleet Operations team. Our engineers keep a globally distributed fleet of Ground Gateway Antennas healthy and serving customers; you will own the programs that keep that work organized and moving. You will be deep in the day-to-day: running the RMA process for failed hardware, driving open issues with vendors to resolution, and turning fleet and ticket data into the reporting the team runs on. You will independently run the mechanisms behind three areas: the logistics that get engineers and parts to gateway sites, the reporting that shows how the fleet is performing, and the vendor coordination that field work depends on. This role rewards someone who is comfortable with data and tooling like Grafana, SQL, Excel, and AI tools. Using them to organize information, build reports, and surface trends. You will work closely with senior operations engineers and systems engineers to translate the realities of field work into programs that scale as the fleet grows. This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other
