Key job responsibilities

• Drive alignment across Engineer, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Accounts Receivable, Customer Support, UX, Testing, Sales and Business teams
• Take on end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Own the end to end management and implementation of the communication between customers and internal teams for Leo website launch
• Own the definition and delivery of the program, including keeping stakeholders informed with status, holding teams accountable to their deliverables, identifying and resolving blocking issues to ensure the delivery
• Understand software design concepts and contribute to large scale architectural designs
• Dive deep and understand the mechanism of multiple complex systems
• Deliver the launch plans with internal and external stakeholders
• Own communication to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various workstreams
• Manage new projects end-to-end and ensure our high standards

Basic qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Pay & benefits

Base salary range: $148,700.00 - $201,200.00 USD annually (USA, WA, Redmond). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
