About the role

Join our team as a Senior Technical Program Manager and lead futuristic initiatives that will shape the next generation of intelligent, conversational experiences at the intersection of disruptive AI technologies and real-world impact. You'll collaborate with a team of passionate professionals to push the boundaries of what's possible with Alexa+, driving the development of next-generation features powered by advanced AI technologies, including Generative, Agentic, and Real-time AI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead communications initiatives across sync, async, contacts management, device software, and common services.
  • Partner with engineering teams, leadership, product management, and UX to build the best customer experience using innovative technologies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for broader Alexa+ mechanisms like LRs, Deep Dives, and Product Days.
  • Manage stakeholder communications across Alexa and partner teams, including executive-level updates.
  • Lead the roadmap prioritization process.
  • Manage cross-functional quality initiatives like CPDR deep dives and fixes.
  • Establish and improve processes for managing complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Pay

  • USA, CA, Sunnyvale: $171,000 - $231,400 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $148,700 - $201,200 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
