Sr. Technical Product Manager
Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact AI-powered solutions within an enterprise AI enablement platform. This role is focused on owning the full product lifecycle—from initial stakeholder engagement through delivery and adoption—while driving measurable outcomes and platform growth.
You will lead discovery, shape product direction, and partner closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring AI solutions to life. This role also requires hands-on use of AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions, validate ideas, and demonstrate platform capabilities. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, effective stakeholder communication, and a passion for applying emerging AI technologies to real business problems.
The Basics
Duration: 22-month contract
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - Mon - Thurs (Orlando, FL)
Equipment: Must be able to work with modern AI development tools and platforms
Top 3 Required Qualifications
End-to-End Product Ownership: 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of owning stakeholder-facing or internal products from discovery through delivery and adoption.
AI Product & Prototyping Expertise: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., prompts, agents, retrieval systems, workflow runtimes) to prototype and validate solutions.
Product Discovery & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead user research, define problems, influence senior stakeholders, and translate technical AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Other Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs and contributing to product roadmaps
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Ability to balance scope, speed, and quality; comfortable iterating quickly and delivering incremental value
Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in low-structure, fast-paced environments with high autonomy
Familiarity with AI platforms, agent frameworks, workflow automation tools, or evaluation/observability tooling is a plus
Exposure to enterprise governance, security, and compliance considerations for AI systems preferred
Experience with pilot programs, early adopters, or driving adoption of new technologies is a plus
