As the Sr. Technical Enablement Lead, you will own the technical enablement strategy for eero’s ISP and MSP partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate is obsessed with partner success, forward-thinking with creativity, and passionate about building scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and maintain technical enablement playbooks for ISP and MSP partners, ensuring content is current, actionable, and aligned to partner maturity stages
  • Design and deliver preboarding and onboarding programs that drive measurable business impact, including partner activation rates, time-to-first-deployment, and subscriber satisfaction
  • Build and manage hypercare programs that provide elevated support during critical partner milestones, reducing churn and accelerating partner self-sufficiency
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to drive scalable program strategy, including content personalization, learning path optimization, and predictive partner health insights
  • Partner deeply with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure enablement programs reflect the latest product capabilities, go-to-market strategies, and customer insights
  • Develop success metrics and reporting frameworks to track program effectiveness, partner proficiency, and business outcomes across the partner lifecycle
  • Identify and prioritize program gaps through data analysis, partner feedback, and cross-functional input, continuously iterating
  • Create enablement content that supports multiple modalities, including virtual, in-person, and self-directed learning experiences tailored to partner needs
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for partner enablement, ensuring scalability across regions and partner segments
  • Represent partner feedback and program insights to internal stakeholders and advocate for product, process, and tooling improvements that enhance the partner experience
  • Model all content with accessibility as a primary tenant and reinforce inclusive methods across all partner-facing materials
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Partner Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a program ownership or strategy role
  • Experience building enablement programs for B2B partners, channel partners, ISPs, or MSPs
  • Demonstrated ability to design programs that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., activation, retention, revenue impact)
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to scale program delivery and improve efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience developing and maintaining playbooks, knowledge bases, or structured enablement content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multimedia content creation or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • MBA degree or above in related fields
  • Experience in the networking, connectivity, or telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with ISP/MSP business models and partner lifecycle management
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience designing hypercare or high-touch support programs for strategic partners
  • Prior experience working with or at a technology company with a channel partner model

Pay

The base salary range for this position is:

  • USA, CA, San Francisco: $159,000 - $215,100 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $138,300 - $187,100 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
