Sr Technical Consultant, Integrations - HCM

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Technical Consultant, Integrations - HCM to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role will focus on guiding enterprise integration efforts across cloud-based HCM and related business applications. The consultant will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to shape integration strategy, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive successful delivery from discovery through go-live. In this position, you will own key workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will also mentor other consultants, promote delivery standards, and apply approved AI and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and quality. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $122,800 – $184,200 annually Responsibilities Lead integration discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support activities. Own integration scope, plans, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and quality. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions. Apply approved AI and automation capabilities to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. Guide customers through technical decisions and integration strategy. Mentor consultants and promote technical standards and best practices. Maintain relevant product expertise and certifications. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise integrations for ERP, HCM, Financials, payroll, or related cloud applications. 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or Professional Services experience. Proven experience leading integration workstream deployment lifecycle from discovery to go-live. Familiarity with web services, APIs, XML or JSON, and integration security. Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Java, .NET, or SQL. Understanding of AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design.
