Sr Solution Consultant - HCM

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Solution Consultant - HCM to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will partner closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to present human capital management solutions that address complex business needs. The consultant will lead product demonstrations, workshops, and discovery sessions while shaping design recommendations and implementation requirements. This position also supports opportunity qualification, sales cycle progression, and responses to customer requests by bringing deep HCM expertise to the table. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $126,000 – $189,000 annually Responsibilities Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex applications Assist in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of solutions Contribute to the qualification of opportunities and sales cycle closure plans Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives Assist in responding to RFIs and participate in discovery sessions Use in-depth HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise through presentations and demonstrations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, covering Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, and related areas 3+ years of relevant experience with cloud-based human capital management applications 3+ years in a presales, sales consulting, or implementation role Experience in a cloud-based HCM ecosystem Familiarity with the complexities of Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance, or Fintech sectors Benefits Flexible work arrangement allowing a blend of remote and in-office work Opportunity for personal growth through exposure to multiple business areas Participation in a collaborative team environment with a focus on innovation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
