Sr. Technical Business Developer, Alexa+ Enterprise

About the role

The Alexa+ Enterprise Business Development team owns strategic enterprise partnerships that drive adoption and monetization of Alexa+ technology. The team values authentic, independent, and passionate individuals that think creatively and work proactively to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Alexa+ Enterprise channel partner relationships within your assigned segment, including partner management, new business development, and sales enablement.
• Engage prospective enterprise customers to communicate the Alexa+ Enterprise value proposition and ROI. Negotiate and secure enterprise commitments.
• Identify and secure integration partnerships to improve product utility and enable new enterprise use cases.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across internal stakeholders including product, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, and executive leadership to remove blockers and accelerate deal execution.
• Communicate voice of customer (VOC) insights to product and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap and drive product improvement.
• Support pipeline prioritization by factoring in integration readiness, product availability, technical dependencies, and other operational constraints to maximize conversion and long-term value.
• Represent Alexa+ Enterprise externally at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements to build Amazon's brand and expand the partner and customer pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
