Sr Technical Account Manager - East

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify priorities and engagement plans
• Manage milestones and deliverables, providing updates and addressing issues
• Centralize technical client information to contribute to account strategy
• Enhance Field Engineering growth through documentation and process optimization
• Serve as primary technical advisor for the company platform and operations
• Assist clients in troubleshooting product implementation
• Record and communicate feature requests to product and R&D
• Advise on technology solutions and strategies related to the company
• Support innovative applications around the company and advanced technologies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions
• Ability to work both pre- and post-sale
• Strong Linux system administration experience including networking
• Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM
• Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Proficient with the Kubernetes ecosystem
• Experience with Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems
