Sr Tech Field Engineer

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada 89109
Duration: 8+ months with possible extensions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Non-driving role, but occasional travel between sites may be required

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area, including replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
• Perform whole-unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals
• Close service tickets in real time using the Client Call Management system on a company-provided phone

Requirements

• Must have your own reliable car and car insurance
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix
• Computer-building background preferred
• General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software, including basic Microsoft applications
• Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed
• Reliable transportation to service metro and surrounding areas
