About the Role
The Sr. Talent Development Partner is responsible for managing the Training and Development area for the organization. This includes identifying and developing training-related business initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to manage, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training curricula, and improving company productivity through effective training programs that enhance performance, skills, knowledge, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, organize, lead, and execute all training-related initiatives and programs for all levels in the organization.
- Maintain and ensure consistency in the planning and delivery of training standards across the organization.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of new and current training programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, objectives, and needs.
- Monitor and ensure the correct allocation and usage of the training and development annual budget.
- Follow up with leadership and management to ensure completion of training programs by all involved parties.
- Manage and participate in the development, implementation, and effectiveness of training paths for key positions, maintaining effective communication for proper execution.
- Conduct research and recommend appropriate learning management initiatives to support training content delivery (online, in-person, in-house, virtually, etc.).
- Supervise the identification, development, and implementation of training needs assessments and analyses to define present and future training needs.
- Ensure all training and event records are organized and easily accessible.
- Stay up to date with the latest instructional technologies, strategies, and programs to introduce relevant trends and update training programs.
- Conduct research and recommend learning management systems and databases for the company.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to define and align training strategies, ensuring proper execution of departmental training programs to improve performance.
- Develop training metrics to measure program effectiveness and report to upper management.
- Conduct follow-up studies on delivered training programs to evaluate and measure results, providing reports to upper management.
- Perform other duties as necessary for the proper execution of HR Department responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of work experience in training and development.
- Experience in content creation, maintenance of training processes, and development of training programs.
- Experience in designing training materials.
- Ability to foster mentoring relationships and drive continuous results among managerial personnel.
- Strong communication skills and experience enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating engaging training materials and reports.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated desire for research, data analysis, and deriving insights.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Prompt decision-making skills, strategic and creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel requirements: Up to 10%.
