Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with leaders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent decisions that support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, navigating ambiguity, and balancing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Experience recruiting within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or technology services organization is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles across the organization, from sourcing and interviewing through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand business priorities, workforce planning needs, and long-term hiring strategies while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent channels.
- Conduct recruiter screens, facilitate interview coordination and feedback, and guide hiring teams through candidate selection and hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Manage recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate reporting, data integrity, and an efficient hiring process.
- Prepare and extend offers while delivering a positive, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Partner closely with People Operations and other HR functions to ensure a seamless hiring experience and support broader people initiatives.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and support workforce planning discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting within a Managed Services Provider (MSP), Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), or technology services organization is required.
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders on recruiting strategy and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple searches and shifting business priorities with minimal oversight.
- Experience recruiting technical and business professionals across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of the MSP talent landscape and technical hiring challenges.
- Experience partnering closely with People Operations, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, or similar.
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, market trends, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Pay
The reasonably expected annual base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all U.S. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, geographic location and applicable state or local laws. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus or incentive opportunities based on position level and company plans.
