SR SYSTEMS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Job Summary

The Senior Systems Operations Director supports Morrison Healthcare's partnership with Cleveland Clinic Martin Health. This role oversees operations at three Martin Health hospitals, ensuring high-quality patient dining services, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Primary Locations Supported

• Martin North Hospital (Avg. Daily Census: 190)
• Martin South Hospital (Avg. Daily Census: 50)
• Tradition Hospital (Avg. Daily Census: 160)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the department within approved budget to maximize value
• Ensure superior quality of food offerings
• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
• Promote professional growth and development of the team
• Foster strong inter-departmental relations and align dining service with facility operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience
• Five years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge
• Healthcare Food Service experience preferred
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) highly preferred or Registered Dietitian
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable
• ServSafe® certification plus
