Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Guaranteed hours position.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem resolution, and selling company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.34 - $28.27 per hour. Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Schedule

Tentative schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
