Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem-resolution, and selling company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay

$19.34 - $28.27 per hour
