Responsibilities
- Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem‑resolution, and selling of company services.
- Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Skills
- Ability to operate a computer terminal.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance.
- Good human relations and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Consistently able to lift 50 pounds.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must successfully complete a Federal drug screen and background check.
Pay
Starting pay: $19.34 per hour. This is a full‑time Customer Service Agent position.
