About the role

Barnes Jewish Hospital is seeking a Sr. Supply Distribution Technician.

Schedule: Nights 10:30 PM-7 AM

Responsibilities

  • Unload inbound freight, ensuring safe and efficient processing of packages.
  • Process packages according to BJC receiving guidelines, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • Stage inbound and outbound freight for efficient workflow and distribution.
  • Perform timely direct deliveries to various departments across campus.
  • Communicate effectively with departments via email or Microsoft Teams chat to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Identify and document freight discrepancies, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Complete Return to Vendor (RTV) forms as needed, following company procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the receiving department’s operations.
