Sr. Supply Chain Product Manager, Amazon Custom Modules

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. AWS' Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement (ISCaP) organization works to deliver solutions to source, build and maintain our socially responsible data center supply chains. In this role you will own, build, and run technology sourcing and operations and engage with multiple teams to drive plans and execution to satisfy the demanding needs of a high growth industry impacting markets worldwide. Key job responsibilities
- Drive Amazon PCBA introductions by qualifying and securing multiple sub-tier component sources pre-launch, ensuring supply chain resiliency through validated alternate suppliers while meeting launch timing, cost, and quality objectives.
- Partner with design, manufacturing teams and suppliers to implement robust product/configuration management processes, driving timely qualification of alternate sources to guarantee supply availability at launch.
- Matrix manage team members from across all functions to develop new product plans and sustaining processes. Typical functions to interact with include Global Commodity Managers, Global Supply Managers, Technical PM, SQE, Supply Chain, DFX, Finance, etc.
- Represent ISCaP with the product design teams. Use production expertise to influence and negotiate for design for supply chain.
- Communicate project status updates to various project stakeholders, including team members and executives. Synthesize a multitude of issues into a clear, concise and focused message. Present with confidence and brevity.
- Drive improved visibility around transition planning events, especially as they relate to End of Marketing (EOM), End of Sales (EOS) and End of Production (EOP).
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 6+ years of supply chain experience
- 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
- 5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
- 10+ years of experience overseeing global project management teams
- MBA or advanced degree in engineering, operations research, mathematics or other quantitative disciplines
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer

- Extensive knowledge of supply chain, PCBA manufacturing, product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and product requirement decision making

Pay
- USA, CA, Cupertino: $162,700.00 - $220,200.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
- Package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
