About the role

Lead and coordinate all field operations from project mobilization through final turnover.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, driving accountability across subcontractors and project teams.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Conduct regular subcontractor coordination meetings and manage daily site activities.

Identify and proactively resolve field challenges to minimize schedule and budget impacts.

Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.

Mentor and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff while helping build the next generation of leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up and/or complex renovation projects.
  • Background within one or more sectors such as healthcare, higher education, federal, municipal, hospitality, or industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and construction safety.
  • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and maintain project momentum in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative but results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Stable career history demonstrating progression into increasingly senior field leadership roles.

Qualifications

Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 annually.
