Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or similar role.
• Experience working with government contracts and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with contract management software.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
