Sr Structural Engineer PE - Municipal/Industrial Water/ Waste Water

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, time, cost, and resource management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Schedule
