Responsibilities
- Support strategic decision-making processes through analytics, data-driven approaches, and an operational mindset.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Growth, and Product teams to design, prioritize, and implement projects.
- Provide analysis on important strategic decisions to increase the growth of Uber's business.
- Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products.
- Measure the impact and efficiency of support delivery processes and identify ways support can drive value to the business.
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist expansion efforts.
- Identify operational weaknesses and support the innovation of new processes to enhance productivity.
- May telecommute.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Database query languages including SQL.
- Performing scalable analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Statistical analysis including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and confidence intervals.
- Developing relevant metrics and KPIs to measure performance by product and commercial teams.
- Defining product specifications and user experiences.
- Analyzing and visualizing large data volumes to generate insights using BI tools.
- Project coordination using PM tools such as Google/Microsoft Suite.
- Communicating and distilling complex information into clear insights, creating high-quality materials in PowerPoint/Excel.
Pay
$131,000 to $160,000 per year.

Schedule
