Sr Stationary Engineer - Full Time - Night

Responsibilities
- Operate engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Read gauges, meters, and charts to track boiler operations.
- Maintain logs/records and perform safety checks on all devices.
- Support the overall maintenance of patient rooms and the interior/exterior of the work environment, including changing bulbs, ballasts, switches, outlets, plumbing of toilets and sinks, nurse call repairs, repairs holes in walls, painting, changing ceiling tiles, and moving furniture.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of boilers, gauges, and valves.
- 3-5 years general maintenance experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
Licenses and Certifications
- Blue Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal (if incumbent has a Red Seal or Gold Seal, a Blue Seal is not required).
- Red Seal Operating Engineer License or Gold Seal Operating Engineer License.
Compensation
