Stationary Engineer - Full Time - Evening

Responsibilities
- Operate engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Read gauges, meters, and charts to track boiler operations.
- Maintain logs/records and perform safety checks on all devices.
- Support the overall maintenance of patient rooms and the work environment, including tasks such as changing bulbs, ballasts, switches, outlets, plumbing of toilets and sinks, nurse call repairs, repairs holes in walls, painting, changing ceiling tiles, and moving furniture.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of boilers, gauges, and valves.
- 3-5 years general maintenance experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
Licenses and Certifications
- Black Seal or Blue Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal at SOMC, RMC, and BMC (if incumbent has a Blue Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal, a Black Seal is not required).
- Blue Seal or Red Seal or Gold Seal at JSUMC and OUMC (if incumbent has a Red Seal or Gold Seal, a Blue Seal is not required).
- Red or Gold Seal Operator License preferred.

- Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
- Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization.
- Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
