Sr. Startup Solutions Architect, Startups

About the role

We are looking for technical builders passionate about startups. This role involves helping startups build scalable, secure, reliable, performant, sustainable, and efficient architectures.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a variety of interesting startups in various industries.
• Support startups in architecting scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Aid startups in adopting a broad range of AWS services to deliver business value and accelerate growth.
• Engage with our product teams to ensure we are building the right products and features for startups.
• Develop technical content and present at events to share knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Qualifications

• Diverse experiences valued.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of AWS services and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
