Sr. Startup Solutions Architect, Startups

About the role

We are looking for technical builders passionate about startups. This role involves helping startups build scalable, secure, reliable, performant, sustainable, and efficient architectures.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a variety of interesting startups in various industries, including AI/ML, HCLS, FinTech, ClimateTech, and others.
• Help startups architect scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Support the adoption of a broad range of AWS services to deliver business value and accelerate growth.
• Engage with our product teams to ensure we are building the right products and features for startups.
• Develop startup-specific technical content, such as blog posts, sample code, and solutions.
• Sharpen your skills through involvement in the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators, and VCs.
• Share your knowledge by working on technical content and presenting at events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Qualifications

• Diverse experiences in technology domains.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
• Experience with AWS services and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Skills

• Technical expertise in multiple domains.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AWS services and platforms.
