Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager / Chief of Staff
Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to serve as both Chief of Staff & Technical Program Manager to our Sales Engineering VP. This is a force-multiplier role spanning strategy, operations, and delivery across a ~260-person organization. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week at one of the following locations: Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA.

Experience Requirements
- 10+ years in technical program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record managing large-scale engineering projects through development, testing, and deployment
- Experience operating as a Chief of Staff or in a similar executive-support function within a large organization
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level communication
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes through influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Demonstrated expertise in engineering execution: development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions
- Ability to manage organizational operating rhythms: goal tracking, dashboards, planning cycles, and budget management
Pay
Annual Salary $130,000.00 - $260,000.00. The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
