Sr. Staff Software Engineer, iOS Search and Shopping Journeys

Responsibilities

• Own multi-platform product and front-end strategy for Search across iOS, Android, and Web
• Lead design, implementation, and production of Search features and user journeys
• Use AI to prototype new interaction patterns and UI/UX variations
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for 35+ engineers on Search front-ends
• Collaborate with infrastructure and back-end teams on API design and experimentation frameworks
• Identify and apply innovative technologies to enhance Search features
• Mentor engineers and develop technical leaders within the organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale, consumer-facing product development
• Expertise in iOS development and/or strong full-stack engineering skills
• Proven track record in leading front-end and product strategy across multiple platforms
• Experience in collaborating with ML, infrastructure, and back-end teams on API design and data flows
• Ability to leverage AI to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
