Job Responsibilities

  • Drives engineering projects by developing software solutions; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations.
  • Supervise base and associate level engineers as needed.
  • Understands system protocols, how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits.
  • Independently develops a full software stack. Understands the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology is expected.
  • Interact with system engineers to define system requirements and/or necessary requirements for automation.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or the foreign equivalent, and 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate relevant work experience.
  • Master's/Advanced Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or the foreign equivalent, and 3 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
  • 4-7 years - Technical engineering experience.
  • 3-5 Years Experience Developing Mobile Applications using Swift (required).

Pay Range

  • Bellevue, WA: $147,700 to $199,900
  • Frisco, TX: $131,300 to $177,700
  • Overland Park, KS: $123,800 to $167,400

Compensation Range

  • Base Pay Range: $113,600 - $205,000
  • Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
