Sr Staff Product Manager, Agent Resilience Platform

About the Role

The Splunk Agent Resilience team is building the foundation for trustworthy Generative AI, helping enterprises evaluate, secure, and scale AI applications with confidence. This role involves driving the product strategy and execution for a rapidly growing Generative AI platform, partnering with cross-functional teams, and shaping the future of enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product strategy and execution for a rapidly growing Generative AI platform.
• Partner with engineering, AI research, design, sales, and executive leadership to transform customer needs into impactful products.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from defining concepts to launching features.
• Distill customer needs into strategic products and manage development, testing, and launches.
• Collaborate with Platform and AI research teams to convert experiments into scalable features.
• Stay updated on the generative AI market to conceptualize new ideas for trustworthy GenAI systems.
• Work with founders and exec leaders to determine and implement the product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in deep platform engineering and product management.
• Experience building GenAI tools/infrastructure and coding/design agents.
• Experience leading a complex product area from 0 to 1.
• Proficiency in user experience tools (e.g., Figma) and ML concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with comfort in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $194,600.00 to $285,700.00, with variations based on location and experience. Specific ranges include:

• New York City Metro Area: $194,600.00 - $328,600.00
• Non-Metro New York State & Washington State: $179,000.00 - $294,000.00

Additional compensation includes incentive pay, equity, and benefits.

Schedule

• Flexible vacation time for exempt employees.
