Sr Staff Product Designer, Emerging Agents

About the role

Lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of intelligent agentic systems
• Establish mental models for human-AI collaboration
• Design interaction frameworks for multi-step workflows
• Prototype AI-native capabilities and refine system behavior
• Iterate prototypes with research and engineering partners
• Adapt AI systems to creative workflows and enterprise constraints
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams

Requirements

• 8+ years in product, systems, or interaction design
• Experience with AI-assisted or agent-based systems
• Familiarity with creative workflows and design for creative tools
• Hands-on with large language models and generative interfaces
• Proficient in coding for prototypes and production implementations
• Strong systems thinking in complex, cross-functional environments

Pay

$207,900 – $301,050 annually
