(Sr/Staff) Platform Engineer

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the cloud infrastructure essential for product teams
• Manage data pipelines and compute orchestration to ensure seamless operations
• Automate CI/CD processes and manage deployment systems to enhance efficiency
• Implement observability frameworks to improve system reliability
• Respond to incidents promptly while honing operational practices for sustained uptime

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in building and managing large-scale production cloud infrastructure
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform); Azure experience is advantageous
• Deep understanding of container orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Knowledgeable in observability practices, including monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Possess strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) instincts focused on SLOs and automation to reduce toil

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
