Sr. SRM Category Manager, Wet Dog
Principal Accountabilities
Manage Wet Dog category pricing
Lead development of shelf back pricing architecture and strategy
Develop long term vision for omni channel trade, pricing, and promotional architecture
Manage key stakeholder groups throughout the organization to align with SRM agenda
Co-pilot development of customer mix strategy with sales leadership
Create and manage the US pet nutrition SKU assortment architecture
Lead annual SRM category reviews with business management teams to surface opportunities across price, products and mix for the enterprise
Develop annual price and investment strategy to maximize enterprise profitability
Product owner for digital SRM toolkit responsible for maintenance and enhancement of tools leveraged across broader SRM team
Leverage advanced analytics to drive step change in US pet nutrition portfolio innovation and advance the SRM digital toolkit

Minimum Qualifications
- 5-10 years of working experience and/or internship experience in a related field
- Four-year college degree
- Experience demonstrating advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities in a cross-functional team environment
