Sr. Sponsorship Manager
Summary
The Sr. Sponsorship Manager, Executive Hospitality, will lead the planning, development, and execution of Company’s C-level hospitality and executive engagement programs across priority strategic sponsorship platforms and tentpole events. This role is responsible for translating business objectives and executive priorities into thoughtfully curated, high-touch experiences that strengthen relationships and drive business outcomes with enterprise partners, customers, industry leaders, and influential media. The position oversees the full lifecycle of executive hospitality programs, including guest strategy, experience design, cross-functional coordination, and performance tracking. The role also includes executive and media hosting at major tentpole events and support for long-term planning across global sponsorship platforms, including LA28.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of C-level and media hospitality programs across priority sponsorship tentpole events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and executive priorities.
- Translate enterprise relationship goals into curated guest strategies and executive engagement experiences that foster meaningful connections, influence, and measurable business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end program management for executive-hosted engagements, including experience design, executive briefings, run-of-show development, budget management, and onsite leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Executive stakeholders to recommend guest prioritization and ensure hosting strategies support relationship progression and business impact.
- Support long-term planning and execution for global sponsorship platforms, including LA28, by developing integrated hospitality plans and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
- Serve as the senior lead for executive and media hosting at tentpole programs, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards, discretion, and operational excellence.
- Manage agency partners, vendors, venues, and hospitality providers, including scope, budgets, timelines, and service delivery standards.
- Track and report program KPIs, guest engagement outcomes, and post-event insights to support continuous improvement and leadership visibility.
- Collaborate closely with Communications and Public Relations teams to integrate executive visibility and media engagement into hospitality programming.
- Continuously improve executive hospitality processes, experience standards, and cross-functional coordination to enhance program effectiveness and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive hospitality, strategic events, sponsorship marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and executing high-touch engagement programs for C-suite executives.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, venues, and premium hospitality partners.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise organizations preferred.
- Experience utilizing program management and workflow tools, such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or Monday.com, to support cross-functional coordination and program visibility.
- Familiarity with the North American sports and sponsorship landscape.
- Familiarity with the wireless and technology industries and partnership integrations preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually.
- Ability to attend sponsorship partner meetings and events, which may include holidays and workweeks exceeding 40 hours.

- Understanding of the North American sports sponsorship ecosystem.

Pay
$65.00 - $70.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
