Responsibilities
- Processes the organization's payroll according to company policy and applicable regulations, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees with correct withholding and deductions.
- Maintains payroll records and calculates overtime, shift payments, sales commissions and bonuses, taxes and deductions.
- Prepares reports for management and to meet regulatory and collective bargaining obligations.
- Addresses questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
