Job Description

Essential Functions
- Oversee cross-functional engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures and cases based on system requirements.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through to resolution.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance/functionality meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations.
- Communicate with external stakeholders to understand mission partner needs.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers and senior Integration & Test Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology and potential problems.
- Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development and test teams.
- Collaborate and troubleshoot with System Administrators to maintain the system's operational posture.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Active U.S. DoW Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Active U.S. DoW TS/SCI security clearance.
- Active Security+ CE certification
- Basic knowledge of the Space Domain Awareness enterprise and engineering efforts.
- Familiarity with MBSE/Eggplant and similar testing tools as well as DoW testing requirements.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent)
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework & DevSecOps methodology
- Java and C++ application software
- Proficiency in Linux
- Proficiency in Test Automation software
- Familiarity with SOW/BOE/Proposal development
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this role in Colorado state is $88,500-$164,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
