Sr. Specialist, Systems Test & Integration Engineer

Responsibilities
- Define, trace and maintain test process requirements
- Create and maintain test procedures
- Improve test yield through root cause and corrective action
- Create product-related technical information in support of operations
- Ensure overall technical performance for Test Engineering developments
- Work with Engineering to facilitate the transition of products from design to production
- Provide input to Engineering to support product life cycle management
- Project manage Test Engineering developments
- Mentor Engineers with less experience
- Provide input to organizational vision
- Provide technical test consultation to internal organizations, contract manufacturers or customers
- Represent Test Engineering in technical discussions to outside organizations
- Evaluate contract manufacturers' capabilities to provide required products or services
- Participate in product design reviews
- Support manufacturing floor to help overcome production issues
Requirements
- An ABET (EAC/CAC) accredited Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience. A graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of directly related work experience in engineering
- Experience with applied Systems Engineering
- Strong Electrical Engineering skills in both digital and RF
- Project management experience
- Leadership experience
- Presentation and communication skills (verbal/written/visual)
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to collaborate, contribute, and support in a team environment to ensure project success
- Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
- Ability and willingness to travel

Pay
Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
9/80- 2nd shift- 3:30pm-1:00am- employees work 9 out of every 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off
