Responsibilities

  • Define, trace and maintain test process requirements
  • Create and maintain test procedures
  • Improve test yield through root cause and corrective action
  • Create product-related technical information in support of operations
  • Ensure overall technical performance for Test Engineering developments
  • Work with Engineering to facilitate the transition of products from design to production
  • Provide input to Engineering to support product life cycle management
  • Project manage Test Engineering developments
  • Mentor Engineers with less experience
  • Provide input to organizational vision
  • Provide technical test consultation to internal organizations, contract manufacturers or customers
  • Represent Test Engineering in technical discussions to outside organizations
  • Evaluate contract manufacturers' capabilities to provide required products or services
  • Participate in product design reviews
  • Support manufacturing floor to help overcome production issues

Requirements

  • An ABET (EAC/CAC) accredited Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience. A graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of directly related work experience in engineering
  • Experience with applied Systems Engineering
  • Strong Electrical Engineering skills in both digital and RF
  • Project management experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Presentation and communication skills (verbal/written/visual)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate, contribute, and support in a team environment to ensure project success
  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

9/80- 2nd shift- 3:30pm-1:00am- employees work 9 out of every 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off
