Sr. Sourcing Group Manager, Marketing & POS

Lead procurement strategy and contribute to enterprise-wide sourcing priorities as part of the Procurement Leadership Team.
Develop and execute long-term category strategies across indirect spend areas, including marketing services and media.
Drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and value creation through data-driven sourcing strategies.
Lead complex sourcing initiatives including request for proposal (RFP) development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
Oversee marketing procurement including media agencies, creative services, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
Establish supplier performance benchmarks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance frameworks.
Manage strategic supplier relationships and lead executive-level business reviews.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs and objectives.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies while improving processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive supplier risk management strategies and mitigate potential supply or contractual risks.
Ingredients You'll Bring
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or marketing operations
Proven experience managing marketing services procurement categories and large-scale sourcing initiatives
Strong track record of delivering cost savings, value creation, and supplier performance improvements
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing procurement teams
Expertise in complex negotiations and enterprise-level sourcing programs
Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
Ability to bend, twist, and reach
Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Preferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this role is between $131,000 and $212,000. However, where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
