Responsibilities
- Act as a key account team member, serving as a trusted advisor during sales cycles
- Lead client discovery sessions to explore goals and challenges in marketing and customer experience
- Research go-to-market strategies of prospects and identify opportunities for the company’s solutions
- Design and present tailored solutions to demonstrate the value of the company’s platform
- Facilitate workshops and proof-of-concept engagements to establish solution fit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling demos and solution architectures
- Translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business value for diverse audiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in solutions consulting or sales engineering at a SaaS company with enterprise clients
- Strong background in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting
- Experience leading structured problem-solving sessions and value realization frameworks for clients
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, social media management, and integration capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels
- Thought leadership demonstrated through publications or industry speaking engagements
- Willingness to travel up to 40%, primarily within the US
