Sr. Software Engineer - Trust and Safety (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead product architecture and operational solutions for Trust & Safety policies
• Develop robust custom tools and utilize industry solutions to mitigate threats
• Establish a new engineering domain from inception
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth
• Build scalable systems that protect mental health ecosystems
• Drive all phases of development including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance
• Investigate and resolve issues related to fraud and credential abuse

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ years in Trust & Safety systems
• Fullstack development in SQL/No-SQL database-backed applications
• Knowledge of microservice development
• Passion for mentoring, architectural reviews, and design patterns
• Experience managing the full development lifecycle
• Proven track record on complex projects with sustainable outcomes
