Sr. Software Engineer, Internal Apps

About the role

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join our Internal Apps team. This position will be based in the US, within the Security & IT department, and is full-time with remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for internal applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions to improve code quality and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and Jenkins.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Skills

• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards relevant to software development.

Pay

• $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
