About the role
The Resilient Connectivity Products software teams at Collins Aerospace are dedicated to innovating cutting-edge embedded communication solutions that enhance the safety and connectivity of military forces worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software for C/C++ and Rust-based embedded systems
- Drive project success through involvement in requirements, implementation, test development, and certification
- Lead initiatives and manage small teams
- Guide and mentor team members, focusing on cost, schedule, and technical performance
Qualifications
- Typically requires a STEM degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience
- Experience in the full software development lifecycle
- 3 years of experience with embedded software development
- 3 years of experience with Python and C/C++

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $86,800 - $165,200.
