About the Opportunity
The Sr. Software Engineer (Contextual Launch, Enterprise Experience) is responsible for delivering polished user experiences and enterprise features that enhance platform adoption. This role drives end-to-end feature development that prioritizes customer needs, improves accessibility, and streamlines workflows. By collaborating with various teams, the position reduces friction for users and strengthens the platform's competitive position.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and optimize robust full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js ecosystems
- Translate direct customer feedback, clinical user feedback, and product requirements into elegant, highly intuitive user interfaces
- Own feature lifecycles completely, driving initiatives from initial design and scoping through staging, deployment, and ongoing production monitoring
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise features ensuring maximum reliability, performance, and high system uptime
- Champion code quality by conducting comprehensive peer code reviews and providing technical mentorship to engineering team members
- Participate actively in team on-call rotations and lead constructive post-incident reviews to continuously strengthen system resilience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional engineering experience
- Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of progressive software engineering experience with a proven track record of full-stack delivery
- High technical proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend relational architecture (Node.js, PostgreSQL)
- Extensive experience designing, scaling, and deploying mission-critical, multi-tenant enterprise features and software solutions
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through technical mentorship, code quality reviews, and collaborative architectural decision-making
- Deep systems-thinking capabilities with an uncompromising focus on application performance, code maintainability, and data security compliance
- Hands-on familiarity with modern observability suites, logging frameworks, and production operational best practices
- Prior engineering experience working within heavily regulated environments, such as digital healthcare (HIPAA) or fintech
- Practical experience with cloud-native deployment pipelines and technologies, specifically Docker, AWS ECS/EKS, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The target baseline salary framework is $153,000.00 to $179,000.00 USD annually (calibrated based on geographic location). The total target compensation package value (inclusive of base salary and annual incentive targets) is $176,000.00 to $206,000.00 USD. The position is eligible for an annual target performance bonus of 15%. Final total compensation offers are determined dynamically based on the candidate's physical location, specialized technical skills, interview performance, and internal equity frameworks.
