Sr. Software Engineer (Contextual Launch, Enterprise Experience)

For a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space, this role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance fullstack applications for usability and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create solutions based on customer feedback
• Drive the feature lifecycle from concept to production, including design and monitoring
• Deliver reliable enterprise features that enhance customer trust and uptime
• Conduct code reviews and mentor teammates to improve technical quality
• Participate in on-call rotations and conduct post-incident reviews for reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years of professional software engineering experience with fullstack expertise
• Strong skills in frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend services (Node.js, PostgreSQL)
• Experience designing and launching scalable enterprise features in production
• Proficient in mentorship, technical reviews, and influencing architecture decisions
• Excellent systems thinking with a focus on performance and maintainability
• Familiarity with observability tools and operational best practices

Pay

$153,000 – $179,000 annually
