About the Role
Join our Software Engineering Team - AI Labs to help scale AI capabilities across Ag & Trading- North America. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and AI-enabled solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, enhance existing platforms, and build enterprise capabilities that enable the organization to leverage AI effectively and responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Lead the application of internal software deployment platforms, methodologies, and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Write and maintain complex unit tests and integration tests, and perform debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.
- Suggest options for improving software development and deployment processes, and implement approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience (typically reflects 5 years or more).
- Experience building and scaling full-stack applications using React & TypeScript, Java (Spring Boot), and/or Python.
Qualifications
- Experience building AI solutions, working with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.
- Experience building applications that use large language models or other AI services.
- Experience working with AI coding assistants or agentic development tools.
- Strong foundation in relational databases, with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps delivery practices.
- Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud-native platforms.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of modern application architectures, cloud-native patterns, and security best practices.
Additional Information
The business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. This position requires onsite (hybrid) presence at Wayzata, MN Office Center.
Pay
The expected salary for this position is $115,000 - $155,000. Compensation varies depending on factors including location, certifications, education, and level of experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and personal performance.
